LA NATIVE was born out of the criticism LA was receiving for being "fake" and the Natives vs TranspLAnts war happening online.
Designer Odessa Bowden-Sierra decided that it was time people met real LA Natives and designed tee shirts for her boutique to uplift her hometown.
The response was incredible and after vendoring all around the city meeting all of the diverse populations that make up LA she opened a store along the Crenshaw Corridor across the street from Leimert Park where a renaissance is happening.
It's time to get to know eachother and all of the different parts of our big, beautiful, diverse city.
